The Dr Bhagat’s Signature

The Dr Bhagat’s Signature Approach

Personalised by expertise. Refined by experience.

Personalised aesthetic medicine, shaped by experience.

No two faces age in exactly the same way. No two patients have the same skin, anatomy or expectations.

Our Signature Treatments are not fixed protocols. They are carefully considered treatment strategies designed around the individual patient—combining our clinical experience with advanced technology to address what matters most to you.

Sometimes the answer is one treatment. Sometimes it is a combination. And sometimes, the most appropriate recommendation is to wait.

The difference lies in the thinking behind the treatment.

The same clinical sequence, for every programme

  1. 01Assess
  2. 02Prioritise
  3. 03Treat
  4. 04Reassess
  5. 05Refine
  6. 06Maintain

Treatment happens in stages rather than all at once. Each stage is reviewed before the next is decided, and what happens within it is specific to you.

01

The Signature Lift

Definition and freshness restored, while the face remains recognisably your own.

Not a protocol. A clinical strategy.

A refined approach to facial ageing and laxity.

Every face ages differently.

Some patients need improved skin quality. Some need tissue tightening. Some need contour refinement. Some need a combination of approaches.

The Signature Lift is our personalised approach to facial rejuvenation, created around your anatomy, skin quality and goals rather than a predetermined treatment package.

Who it is for

Patients noticing a softening jawline, a loss of definition, or skin that no longer feels firm, who would like a refreshed result rather than an obviously treated one.

What is assessed

  • Skin quality
  • Laxity
  • Tissue descent
  • Facial proportions
  • Volume distribution
  • The degree of correction you would like

How treatment is personalised

We determine which combination of lifting, tightening, collagen stimulation and refinement is appropriate for your face - and in what order. Two patients with the same concern rarely receive the same plan.

Your treatment plan

Decided after assessment, a plan may incorporate:

Alongside medical skincare and skin-quality treatment, where these are part of the plan. Nothing here is included as standard.

How the programme is sequenced

  1. 01AssessA full facial assessment, with photography, to understand what has changed and why.
  2. 02PrioritiseDeciding which change matters most to your appearance, and addressing that first.
  3. 03TreatThe first stage of treatment, usually directed at the deeper support or the firmness of the skin.
  4. 04ReassessReviewing how the face has responded once the tissue has had time to remodel.
  5. 05RefineWhere appropriate, further treatment to refine skin quality, contour or volume.
  6. 06MaintainA plan to maintain the result as the face continues to age.

The objective is not to change your face. It is to restore definition and freshness while keeping it recognisably yours.

Technologies and treatments may be selected according to individual assessment.

02

The Signature Skin Quality Programme

Skin that looks healthy and even, and stays that way.

Not a facial. A programme for the skin itself.

Because beautiful skin is the foundation of every aesthetic result.

Texture, pores, pigmentation, hydration, firmness and collagen all contribute to the way skin looks and feels.

Our approach combines medical skincare and appropriate in-clinic treatments to improve the overall quality of the skin rather than chasing one isolated concern.

Who it is for

Patients with dull, congested or uneven skin, and anyone who wants a strong foundation before or alongside other treatment.

What is assessed

  • Barrier health and sensitivity
  • Texture, pores and tone
  • Hydration and oil balance
  • Pigmentation and sun damage
  • Firmness and elasticity
  • Your current skincare

How treatment is personalised

We determine which aspects of skin quality matter most for you - texture, tone, hydration or firmness - and build treatment around them, at a pace your skin tolerates.

Your treatment plan

Decided after assessment, a plan may incorporate:

Alongside medical skincare and skin-quality treatment, where these are part of the plan. Nothing here is included as standard.

For selected patients, Sylfirm X may form part of a personalised skin-quality programme where texture, pores, pigmentation or other changes in skin quality are contributing to the overall appearance. It is used only when the clinical assessment indicates that it adds meaningful value to the treatment plan.

How the programme is sequenced

  1. 01AssessAn assessment of your skin, your routine and your lifestyle.
  2. 02PrioritiseIdentifying whether the barrier, texture, tone or firmness needs attention first.
  3. 03TreatMedical skincare to prepare the skin, then in-clinic treatment introduced gradually.
  4. 04ReassessReviewing how the skin has responded to the first treatments.
  5. 05RefineAdjusting treatment and skincare to the next priority.
  6. 06MaintainA simple routine and periodic treatment to hold the improvement.

Healthy-looking skin first. Aesthetic refinement follows.

Technologies and treatments may be selected according to individual assessment.

03

The Signature Pigmentation Programme

A clearer, more even complexion, and a plan that keeps it that way.

Not a quick fix. A long-term strategy.

A long-term approach to clearer, more even skin.

Pigmentation is not always simply a problem of excess pigment.

Melasma, sun exposure, inflammation and individual skin behaviour can all play a role. Our approach begins by understanding the type and cause of pigmentation before selecting the appropriate combination of medical treatment, skincare and technology.

Who it is for

Patients with melasma, sun damage, post-acne marks or uneven tone, particularly where previous treatment gave only temporary improvement.

What is assessed

  • The type and depth of pigmentation
  • Its likely triggers - sun, heat, hormones or inflammation
  • Your skin type and tendency to pigment
  • How previous treatment behaved
  • Daily sun exposure

How treatment is personalised

We determine what is driving your pigmentation before any treatment is chosen, then select a combination of medical skincare, in-clinic treatment and technology that controls it without provoking more.

Your treatment plan

Decided after assessment, a plan may incorporate:

Alongside medical skincare and skin-quality treatment, where these are part of the plan. Nothing here is included as standard.

In selected pigmentation patients, Sylfirm X may be incorporated into a broader, personalised treatment plan. The choice depends on the type of pigmentation, skin characteristics, previous treatments and the other factors identified during assessment. Pigmentation is treated according to its cause and behaviour, not according to a fixed machine protocol.

How the programme is sequenced

  1. 01AssessDiagnosing the type of pigmentation present, since melasma and post-inflammatory pigmentation behave differently.
  2. 02PrioritiseDeciding whether calming the skin, clearing pigment or controlling a trigger comes first.
  3. 03TreatStabilising the skin with medical care, then introducing in-clinic treatment gradually.
  4. 04ReassessReviewing the response, and whether the skin is tolerating treatment.
  5. 05RefineAdjusting the intensity or approach as pigmentation clears.
  6. 06MaintainA long-term plan, because pigmentation can return.

The aim is not simply to remove pigment. It is to manage the skin intelligently over time.

Technologies and treatments may be selected according to individual assessment.

04

The Signature Acne Scar Programme

Meaningful improvement in texture and evenness, and skin you feel comfortable in.

Not one treatment. A staged plan.

Because every scar has a history—and a different structure.

Acne scars vary considerably in their depth, shape and underlying changes.

We assess the type of scarring, skin quality, pigmentation and any ongoing acne before creating a treatment strategy. Depending on the individual, different technologies and techniques may be combined or staged over time.

Who it is for

Patients with textural or depressed scarring and post-acne marks, including those whose acne is still active.

What is assessed

  • Whether acne is still active
  • Scar type, depth and distribution
  • Skin type and tendency to pigment
  • Skin quality around the scars
  • Previous treatment and how the skin responded
  • The recovery time you can accommodate

How treatment is personalised

We match each type of scarring to the treatment most likely to improve it, and decide how to combine and space those treatments for your skin.

Your treatment plan

Decided after assessment, a plan may incorporate:

Alongside medical skincare and skin-quality treatment, where these are part of the plan. Nothing here is included as standard.

For selected acne-scar patients, Sylfirm X may be considered when the combination of RF microneedling and controlled energy delivery is appropriate for the type and condition of the scars. The treatment is individualised and may be combined with other modalities when clinically indicated.

How the programme is sequenced

  1. 01AssessEstablishing whether acne is active, and mapping the types of scarring present.
  2. 02PrioritiseControlling active acne first, then deciding which scars to address first.
  3. 03TreatStaged treatment to resurface, remodel or lift scar tissue.
  4. 04ReassessComparing progress with the starting photographs.
  5. 05RefineAdjusting the combination as the texture improves.
  6. 06MaintainKeeping acne controlled so new scarring does not form.

The goal is meaningful improvement in texture and confidence—not unrealistic perfection.

Technologies and treatments may be selected according to individual assessment.

05

The Signature Hair & Scalp Programme

Denser, healthier hair, and a plan that maintains it.

Not a package. A course guided by your response.

A personalised approach to healthier hair.

Hair loss and thinning have many possible causes. A meaningful treatment plan begins with understanding what is driving the problem rather than simply treating the symptom.

Our approach combines medical assessment with appropriate treatments and long-term scalp and hair care according to individual needs.

Who it is for

Patients with thinning, increased hair fall, patterned or patchy loss, or scalp conditions affecting the hair.

What is assessed

  • The pattern and duration of hair loss
  • The condition of the scalp
  • Medical history, including thyroid and nutritional factors
  • Investigations, where they will change the plan
  • Family history

How treatment is personalised

We determine the cause of your hair loss before recommending treatment, then combine medical treatment, regenerative therapy and scalp care according to what that cause requires.

Your treatment plan

Decided after assessment, a plan may incorporate:

Alongside medical skincare and skin-quality treatment, where these are part of the plan. Nothing here is included as standard.

How the programme is sequenced

  1. 01AssessExamining the scalp and the pattern of loss, with investigations where appropriate.
  2. 02PrioritiseTreating the underlying cause first, which protects the hair you still have.
  3. 03TreatMedical treatment, with regenerative therapy delivered as a course where helpful.
  4. 04ReassessReviewing the response with photography at three to six months.
  5. 05RefineAdjusting the plan to how the hair has responded.
  6. 06MaintainContinuing treatment to hold the response.

Technologies and treatments may be selected according to individual assessment.
